Many parts of the country are going through a real estate boom. In recent reports real estate is showing double digit growth in many parts of the country. The buyer can then negotiate with the seller to get some or all of the major problems fixed. 9 - Insurance Agent Lenders require a Home Owners Insurance policy. Often new homeowners will also purchase, Flood, Mortgage life and earthquake insurance as well. 10 - Escrow Officer An escrow officer works for an escrow company.
